This lamp is definitely not worth the money.It wasn't hard to put together and that is the only nice thing I can say about it.The metal pieces of the pole did not fit together well and the whole thing wobbled.The top of the lamp has several little parts to put together and the instructions weren't very clear of how.Oh, yes, when it was all put together and plugged in...it didn't work.I took it all apart and put it back together again and it still didn't work, but the little bitty light bulb broke apart.Straight to the trash for this piece of junk.
